Alberta Volleyball will once again be hosting the Indoor Premier Tournament series for the 13U to 18U age classes. Information about these tournaments can be found on our AVA Club Season- General Information page.

Important Notice for Clubs Hosting Private Tournaments:
Alberta Volleyball’s (AVA’s) Accident and Liability Insurance covers our members players, managers, coaches, trainers, executive, and officials) throughout the club season (December 1 – May 31) when participating in practice or competition organized or sanctioned by AVA (i.e. Premier series, and Provincial & National Championships).
Our insurance provider has recently advised the AVA that our members are not covered when they are participating in private tournaments (tournaments hosted by AVA clubs or private promoters/facilities) unless they have been recognized and sanctioned by AVA.
AVA clubs (in good standing) wanting their tournament sanctioned (thereby ensuring AVA members participating in the event are covered under the AVA insurance plan) will be required to pay a $25 processing fee per tournament. Tournaments will then be listed as SANCTIONED on our website. All other tournaments will be listed as NON- SANCTIONED and not covered under our
Accident & Liability Plan.

Queens 17U Girls One Day Tournament: On January 27, 2012, the Queens Volleyball Club will be hosting a one day volleyball tournament in Red Deer, AB. Entry fee: $175/team; Deadline: January 21, 2012.
