Alberta Volleyball in conjunction with our partner Anderson Vacations would like to take this opportunity to update our clubs on pricing and accommodation options for our 2010 Alberta Volleyball Premier Series. We would also like to thank all of the clubs who have already signed contracts with Anderson Vacations. Your support is greatly appreciated!
HOST HOTELS IN CALGARY AND EDMONTON
Our HOST hotels in Calgary and Edmonton are filling up! To take advantage of $89 room rates at great hotel properties, such as the Westin Calgary, Westin Edmonton & the Sutton Place Hotel in Edmonton, be sure to call ASAP! When you call, don’t forget to ask if you qualify for the complimentary policy we’ve negotiated at our host hotels: 1 complimentary room for every 25 booked!
Be sure to secure your blocks early to ensure you’re put into our Host accommodation system and to lock in these great rates! Outside of the host hotels there is still room available at some of your favorites with rates under $100.

CANADIAN WEST OPEN - CALGARY
We have room blocks contracted at nine great locations in Calgary, including University of Calgary and Mount Royal University residences. With an increase in inquiries over the last couple of weeks rooms at U of C are going fast! There is limited space available in residence for those teams looking for rooms for a full 5-night stay in Calgary (from May 20, 2010 through May 25, 2010). Be sure to call early!
University of Calgary offers both traditional dorm and apartment style accommodations. Rates are $33/bed/night for the traditional dorm style rooms (2 beds per room) and $44/bed/night for the apartment style (number of rooms per apartment vary).
Mount Royal University offers both townhouse and apartment style accommodations in their West Residence buildings. Rates are $33/room/night for the townhouse style residence and $27.50/room/night for the apartment style residence.

No more deposits, no more payment 30 days prior. Now when booking through Anderson it is just like booking directly at a hotel, only you get the benefit of booking all of your accommodations at once. All Anderson needs is a credit card to secure your group space. No charge will be put through until 7 days prior to the tournament when your voucher is released.
