Alberta Winter Games Wrap-Up

The Alberta Winter Games took place at the Centennial Centre in Bonnyville over the February 4-7 weekend.

The skill level that our 15U teams demonstrated throughout the three days of competition impressed all spectators that were in attendance.

The AWG were made possible by the hard work of many volunteers- our sincerest appreciation goes out to all organizers, coaches, and officials.

The final results from the Games are as follows:

Girls: Gold- Zone 3 (Calgary)
          Silver- Zone 5 (Black Gold/ Yellowhead)
          Bronze- Zone 8 (Peace Country)
          4th- Zone 6 (Edmonton)
          5th- Zone 4 (Parkland)
          6th- Zone 2 (Big Country)
          7th- Zone 1 (Sunny South)
          8th- Zone 7 (North Eastern Alberta)
