These courses apply coaching principles for volleyball. The topics covered in this component include: skills, drills, training methods, strategy and tactics, detection and correction of errors, and psychological preparation.

GO Centre
The GO Community Centre (GCC) is a world-class facility located on the South Campus of the University of Alberta. Slated for opening in the spring of 2011, it will feature a state of the art gymnastics centre, a spectator court and a total of 12 basketball courts or 25 volleyball courts all under one roof!
